Founded in 1833 with the belief that education of girls is the foundation for a healthy society, School Sisters of Notre Dame in the Atlantic Midwest Province continues to sponsor young women's education.
An SSND sponsored ministry is one in which there is a mutually beneficial and dynamic relationship between the congregation and the organization in which the SSND spirituality and educational vision are defining characteristics of the organization's mission.
